The Seven Deadly Sins
In a world similar to the European Middle Ages, the feared yet revered Holy Knights of Britannia use immensely powerful magic to protect the region of Britannia and its kingdoms. However, a small subset of the Knights supposedly betrayed their homeland and turned their blades against their comrades in an attempt to overthrow the ruler of Liones. They were defeated by the Holy Knights, but rumors continued to persist that these legendary knights, called the "Seven Deadly Sins," were still alive. Ten years later, the Holy Knights themselves staged a coup d’état, and thus became the new, tyrannical rulers of the Kingdom of Liones.
Based on the best-selling manga series of the same name, Nanatsu no Taizai follows the adventures of Elizabeth, the third princess of the Kingdom of Liones, and her search for the Seven Deadly Sins. With their help, she endeavors to not only take back her kingdom from the Holy Knights, but to also seek justice in an unjust world.

Dragon's Sin of Wrath Meliodas
Meliodas is the Dragons Sin of Wrath and the leader of the group known as the Seven Deadly Sins. He is the main protagonist of the manga Nanatsu no Taizai and the owner of the Boar Hat bar. His past is still in shambles since Meliodas somehow lost fragments of his memory from the past only remembering bits and pieces.
Fox's Sin of Greed Ban
Ban is the Fox's Sin of Greed of the Seven Deadly Sins. After the group's disbandment, Ban was initially imprisoned in the Baste Dungeon, but escaped when he discovered that Meliodas was still alive. His Sacred Treasure is the Holy Rod Courechouse.
Serpent's Sin of Envy
Diane is a member of the Seven Deadly Sins and is known as the Serpent's Sin of Envy. She is a member of the Giant Clan, and is thus much larger than ordinary people, including her fellow Deadly Sins.
Grizzly's Sin of Sloth Harlequin
King is the Grizzly's Sin of Sloth of the Seven Deadly Sins. His real name is Fairy King Harlequin as he protects the Fairy King's Forest and the rest of the Fairy Realm. His Sacred Treasure is the Spirit Spear Chastiefol, which he uses in conjunction with his inherent power, Disaster.
Lion's Sin of Pride Escanor
Escanor is the Lion's Sin of Pride of the Seven Deadly Sins. He is renowned for gaining immense power during the day, and gradually becoming weaker with the setting of the sun, leaving him frail and submissive at night. His Sacred Treasure is the Divine Axe, Rhitta. His inherent power is named Sunshine.
Boar's Sin of Gluttony Merlin
Merlin is the Boar's Sin of Gluttony of the Seven Deadly Sins. She is regarded as the greatest mage in Britannia. Her Sacred Treasure is the Morning Star Aldan, a floating orb she can summon at will and often uses in conjunction with her spells and her inherent power Infinity.
Goat's Sin of Lust Gowther
Gowther is the Goat's Sin of Lust of the Seven Deadly Sins. Gowther was revealed to be a doll, created by a great wizard, and is a former member of the Ten Commandments, serving as his creator's proxy during his time with the Commandments.
Elizabeth, the lover of Meliodas
Elizabeth is one of the highest-ranked members of the Goddess Clan and the Supreme Deity's daughter. She also is the original incarnation of Elizabeth Liones, as well as Meliodas' lover 3,000 years ago.
